My expertise spans from industrial, commercial / retail, office, billboards, and self-storage asset classes, managing over 5 million square feet of properties. During my tenure at CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT). I started as a Financial Analyst, where I analyzed cash flow and recovery ratios, underwrote substantial CMBS loans, and developed capital plans. I was then promoted to Leasing Manager, where I managed and leased grocery-anchored strip centers, achieving high occupancy rates.

As an Asset Manager, I stabilized the office portfolio, managed third-party leasing teams, and negotiated contracts across multiple states. My strategic initiatives and strong negotiation skills led to significant improvements in portfolio performance and asset value. This diverse experience at a prominent public company further honed my expertise in real estate and asset management. Additionally, in my career I was responsible for overseeing substantial development projects and securing high-value deals, all while cultivating relationships with national retailers.

Beyond my professional endeavors, my passion for the cheer industry shines through. I have judged over 200,000 routines as a safety and legality judge and have collaborated with every major company and championship both in the United States and internationally.
